From Lame to Leaping - Acts 3
In Acts 3:1–16, Peter and John encounter a man who has been unable to walk since birth. He comes to the temple gate asking for enough money to survive another day, but through the power of Jesus, he receives something far greater than he expected.
In “From Lame to Leaping,” we see that God notices hurting people and moves toward them, ordinary believers are called to carry the gospel into the streets, and genuine transformation becomes a testimony that points others to Jesus.
The miracle is not the destination, it is a doorway to the Savior. The same risen Jesus who strengthened this man’s legs can raise us out of guilt, shame, sin, addiction, and spiritual death.
The question we need to ask ourselves is 'are we asking Jesus for pocket change while He is offering us new life?'
