Mobilizing disciples of jesus christ

OUR VISION

Church 2|42 exists to mobilize disciples of Jesus Christ to bring the
Gospel message of hope and restoration to the sidelines and the sidewalks.
Our vision is to see our community radically transformed by the power
of the Gospel.

Why tanner?

Within the city of Hanahan, the Tanner Communities are a large contributor to this
growth. There are 22,000 people that call Hanahan home. This population is predicted to
continue to increase in the coming years. As the population increases, we need more churches in this city and in this country that are biblically faithful, culturally relevant, and missionally focused.

Throughout the week, families gather together on the sidelines of the ballfields to cheer
their children on in their chosen sport.  If this is where the people are, this is where the
church must be. We have to join the efforts of other faithful churches in reaching the lost
with the gospel of Jesus Christ through living on mission and making disciples in our city to advance the Kingdom of God.
