Today we studied Mark 14 and focused on Perter's denial of Jesus Christ. Jesus told Peter that even he would deny him but Peter objected. But when faced with enough pressure, Peter fled as well. But Jesus didnt let Peter remain in his broken state. In John 21, Jesus came to Peter and restored him. And Jesus does the same for us. He meets us where we are in our shame, guilt, and brokenness, and He restores us.
