The Way of the Cross

The Gospel of Mark begins by declaring that Jesus is the Son of God, the promised King, who calls us to repent, believe, and follow Him. Mark's Gospel is a fast-paced adventure that leads us to the foot of the cross. We are all confronted with a decision to follow Jesus in His way, the way of the cross, or follow in the ways of the world. The way of the cross leads to an abundant life, whereas, the way of the world leads to death and destruction.
